Made In Detroit

Busy in the Halloween spirit! Hope you guys are having a good week. Question for today -- favorite horror movie? For me it's a toss-up between Carrie and The Exorcist. Also enjoy watching The Omen.

I just wish I didn't have to kill myself. It's kind of a Jesus thing. Happy Halloween!--Fr. Damian

Everything Reminds me of the ominous Omen except your lovely blog and then only in a humorous vigorous way as awlays.

Bless the Child, it isn't really a horror film, but I saw it when I was a younger and it was at a time in my father's life when he was just coming into Christianity. That being said, as a child first learning about hell and the devil, this film scared me.

That watch costs more than you car. I made $970,000 last year. How much you make? You see pal, that's who I am, and you're nothing. Nice guy? I don't give a shit. Good father? Fuck you! Go home and play with your kids. You wanna work here - close! You think this is abuse? You think this is abuse, you cocksucker? You can't take this, how can you take the abuse you get on a sit? You don't like it, leave.

My favorite horror movie is probably Carpenter's "The Thing"

"The most violent film I have ever seen."--Roger Ebert

"The Jesus Chainsaw Massacre"--David Edelstein

And the guy comes back from the dead at the end! How creepy is THAT?

Regarding "The Omen," I was friends with David Selzer's daughter in high school.
