Michelle's Spell of the Day

"Every day you love me less/ Each day I love you more." Dwight Yoakam

Cocktail Hour

Drinking movie suggestion: Being John Malkovich

Benedictions and Maledictions

Dating restaurant suggestion: Nami in Fernadale is excellent for sushi! The roll to order is the Marlon Brando. It's a speciality roll and it's not listed on the menu, but it's the best sushi I've ever had so write it in on the sheet. You will not be sad.

John Malkovich was great in "Dangerous Liaisons."

Well Michelle, you beat me to the punch. I was going to link all those literary journals that rejected my stories. Great job! I'll be sure to check each site out.

Ok Michelle i will go to every website you posted but first i want you to give me your sample copies of everything of yours that is published...signed of course so i can get rich selling them. I have nearly made you a local folk hero in the world of local poets [but you have to learn to slam]and i know they would be worth a lot of money, money which i need right now because the casino's cleaned me out again. Damn them.

I got to see an eviction yesterday the sherrif and his crew had all of those peoples belongings on the curb in less than three hours. The not humrous but funny thing was every car that went by stopped and rolled down the window to take a look at the pile of personal gear, curious when it would be cool to come and vulturize the pile, one gentleman even stopped to ask me if the owners were there still because he was ready to go and pick through thier stuff right then and there. I will admit it I threw some small bad juju on his poor manners and lack of sympathy...there are now four soon to be five empty houses on my block if anyone is looking to move south of eight mile i am sure the banks will negotiate deal.

one good thing is the vultures have made it a smaller pile so we can all who still live here take some of the junk and get it bulk picked up. right now it's to much and dpw won't take a pile that size.

saturday is a sad day this week, one of the children evicted is in on of your comp 1 classes so to make her feel better I told her i would write all of the rest of her papers and then she would get a 4.0 in the class, i even told her she doesn't have to go to class anymore because I will sit in her seat and pretend to be her, you'll never know the difference anyway other than she is a little younger than me.

I liked your friday blog, a truculent child in need of coporal punishment which I am sure had been banned by then. Did they give you a "time out"?

You probably realized by now that I can write just as much as i can talk and your posture isn't bad but especially in those four inch heels you wear to make you tall enough to reach five foot three...pee wee.

I do believe we have an office hour tuesday so remember when filling the minifridge diet pepsi.

God I love you and these "campy' pictures but i am curious why don't you wear your Metallica T shirts to teach in, you'd have their attention then.

Ok

Peace

the Walking Man must move on and do something hateful to make my saturday fun...I know I'll beg money off the wife because i hate doing that.

Peace first for from it all good things grow

I just got three sample journals. One from FICTION, one from The Chattahoochee Review, and one from Alaska Quarterly Review. Looking forward to reading them!
