With Dreams, With Drugs, With Waking Nightmares

The title from Allen Ginsberg, of course! I've been working on a new project and plan on posting excerpts soon. In the meantime, what has been going on with you, my dear readers? I also plan on posting some pictures of beautiful Christmas gifts and various and sundry fun things I've run into in my travels (Zombie finger puppets, for starters!). Hope you're having a wonderful week . . .

meh--cold and heartless season. In other words same old same old. We move, we stand still and both actions from the outside appear to be equal to each other.

All three of these title items sum up last summer, the holidays and right up to this moment. Allen may have come up with that title, but all of us have authored the story, one way or another.

Congratulations on the novella. Hope you have a wonderful year.

What's up, you ask?

Finding freedom in forgetting tomorrow and never minding yesterday.

I'm rescuing myself from the boredom of me!

I'm looking for a secret to keep and stories to tell, wanna be my friend?

I met you on a plane a long time ago, on the way to Albuquerque. I haven't forgot you since. Am I impressionable, or do you make that kind of impression? Maybe both..... what looks good probably feels good, and you look all kinds of good. Love the blog, from one writer to another.

Hi Michelle, Can't wait to see your goodies/oddities. I picture it kinda like a Ripley's Believe it or Not! xo

I'm back in therapy after a particularly difficult month, myself. Things are better now, but too long I've been living a trauma-based life.
Besides that, I'm working on another painting and just looking forward to Spring.
